The DF‑type corrosion‑resistant multistage pump is widely used in the chemical industry, particularly for handling corrosive fluids—acidic or alkaline solutions, as well as mixed chemical liquids. Its wetted parts can be configured with 304 or 316L stainless steel; for even more severe corrosive conditions, alloy materials are an option. Featuring a horizontal sectional design, this pump allows you to adjust the head by adding or removing impeller stages, making it suitable for both feed‑pumping and waste‑liquid boosting applications. However, older DF models rely on a balance disc to counteract axial thrust; over prolonged operation, the balance disc wears relatively quickly, necessitating more frequent maintenance.
