(hereinafter referred to as Zhonghlian Pump Industry) provides a "Quality and After-Sales Service Commitment" (hereinafter referred to as the Commitment) as a standard attachment to sales contracts for all products sold, specifying the conditions and duration of Zhonghlian Pump Industry's quality responsibility.

This commitment covers all multi-stage pumps and their associated industrial products sold by Zhonghlian Pump Industry and its authorized agents, as well as the corresponding after-sales service.

Within one week of receiving the product, the purchaser shall inspect the product's appearance and performance and provide an acceptance opinion, such as "Acceptance Approved, Payment as per Contract" or other comments.

The acceptance criteria shall be based on existing national standards, industry standards, product specification indicators, and other special requirements agreed upon by both the supplier and the purchaser.

All outsourced supporting products (such as motors, valves, electrical appliances, etc.) provided by us are subject to the "Three Guarantees" policy of the original manufacturer to protect the purchaser's rights and interests.

Zhonghlian Pump Industry provides inspection certificates and instruction manuals with all multi-stage pumps sold to ensure that users can correctly install and use our products. Users are requested to design, install, use, and maintain products according to the product instructions and other safety instructions, and are obligated to train and guide other users of the product to ensure that product operators are aware of this information.

Our company guarantees that all products leaving the factory are manufactured and inspected in accordance with relevant national standards. Non-compliant products will never leave the factory. We promise to strictly fulfill and implement the product's "Three Guarantees" policy and strictly implement the relevant national regulations on after-sales service for industrial products. For products shipped within 18 months from the date of shipment or within 12 months of product installation (whichever comes first), if the purchaser can prove that the product was correctly installed and used according to our recommended methods, and demonstrate that the product itself has design, material, or processing defects, and submits a written application to our company, our company will be responsible for on-site repair of defective products, free recall repair, replacement, or a full refund at the order price.

If users raise quality objections to our products, our company guarantees to provide a solution within 24 hours of receiving the objection. If on-site resolution is required, we guarantee to dispatch professional technical service personnel and will not withdraw after-sales service personnel until the quality issue is resolved. Our company will archive each product quality issue and its handling result reported by the user.

Under no circumstances shall our company be liable for any incidental expenses related to labor, materials, equipment, engineering, or other related expenses incurred as a result of the repair or replacement of defective products.
