Product Overview

Condensation Pump A condensation pump is a vacuum pump that utilizes the condensation of gas on a low-temperature surface. It is also known as a condenser pump. Condensation pumps achieve the lowest ultimate pressure and highest pumping speed for clean vacuum, making them widely used in the research and production of semiconductors and integrated circuits, as well as in molecular beam research, vacuum coating equipment, vacuum surface analysis instruments, ion implanters, and space simulation devices. Due to their outstanding advantages such as cleanliness, high efficiency, high pumping speed, and high reliability, they are widely used in scientific research laboratories and industrial production in numerous fields, including semiconductor material manufacturing, flat panel display production/testing equipment, solar energy manufacturing, vacuum coating, and thermal vacuum systems.

NBA Type Condensation Pump

The NBA type condensation pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilever centrifugal condensation pump. GN and GNL type pumps are two-stage, single-suction centrifugal condensation pumps, suitable for power plants to transport condensate and other liquids similar to condensate in physical and chemical properties, or for pumping condensate from condensers and for 750-3000 kW turbine generator sets, pumping condensate or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. This pump has good suction performance. 100N130 and 150N110 type pumps are for transporting liquids below 120℃; other pumps transport liquids with temperatures not exceeding 80℃. Inlet pressure should not exceed 0.6 MPa.

N Type Horizontal Centrifugal Condensation Pump

Condensation pumps are a series of products used for conveying condensate. Type N condensation pumps are used in thermal power plants to convey condensate and other liquids similar to condensate, and can also be used in other places with similar media to condensate. They are used to convey condensate with a temperature below 120℃ or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. NB, NBA, and NBA type pumps are used to pump condensate from condensers with a temperature not exceeding 80℃, and condensate from 750-3000 kW steam turbine generator units and other similar occasions. After cooling water is introduced at the packing gland and packing gland cover, 100N130, 100N160, 150N110, 150N130, 150N180, 200N180, 200N32, 80N45×4, 100N45×5, and 150N60×4 type pumps can be used as condensate pumps, and can use mechanical seals to convey liquids within 150℃; other pumps convey liquids with temperatures below 80℃.

Parameter Range and Model Description of Type N Horizontal Centrifugal Condensation Pumps

Flow rate Q: 8-200m³/h

Head H: 38-180m

Model Description: The model number of the pump is compiled according to its size and performance.

For example, the meaning of 3N6×2 and 4N6A is:

3 or 4 - Inlet pipe diameter divided by 25

N - Horizontal cantilever condensate pump

6 - The design single-stage head is divided by 10 and rounded to the nearest integer,

i.e., the single-stage head is around 60 meters

2 - Number of stages, indicating that the pump has two stages

A - Impeller has been cut (outer diameter reduced)

For example: 3N6×2

3 - The inlet diameter of the pump is 3 inches

N - Horizontal cantilever condensate pump

6 - Design point head divided by 10 and rounded to the nearest integer

2 - The pump has 2 stages

For example: 100NB-45

100 - The inlet diameter of the pump is 100mm

N - Condensate pump

B - Suspension type

45 - The design head of the pump is 45m
