Job Information:
1. Familiar with financial systems, accounting systems, and relevant regulations. Adhere to various charging systems, expense scopes, and standards, ensuring funds are used for their intended purpose.
2. Compile and strictly implement departmental budgets, and propose suggestions and measures for any problems found during implementation.
3. In accordance with accounting systems, audit accounting vouchers to ensure that vouchers are legal, content is true, data is accurate, procedures are complete; accounts are sound, timely bookkeeping and accounting, timely closing of accounts, timely reporting, and regular reconciliation (including verification of actual cash on hand). Ensure that the accounting information provided is legal, true, accurate, timely, and complete.
4. Strictly manage vouchers, safeguard and use blank invoices, and receipts must be compliant. Voucher usage must be registered, and retrieval must be cancelled.
5. Properly store accounting vouchers, accounting books, financial accounting statements, and other accounting materials, and be responsible for the organization and transfer of accounting archives.
6. Understand the accounting requirements for small-scale and general taxpayers.
Job Qualifications:
1. Education: College diploma or above in finance-related majors;
2. Professional Title: Junior or above accounting professional title, accounting qualification certificate;
3. Familiar with national accounting-related regulations and policies, and able to apply them in practice;
4. Honest and reliable, with a high sense of responsibility, hardworking and diligent; with a sense of the overall situation and service awareness;
5. Proficient in using financial software and office software.
6. More than 3 years of industrial accounting experience is preferred.
