Why must mine drainage pumps be multi-stage pumps designed for mining use and equipped with the Mine Safety Certification standard?
Mine drainage pumps must be multi-stage pumps designed for mining use and equipped with the Mine Safety (MA) certification—specifically, the safety mark certification for mining products. The primary reason lies in the high-risk underground mine environment, the demanding operational conditions, and the dual constraints imposed by stringent national safety regulations. Ultimately, the goal is to ensure safe mine operations, protect workers' lives, and maintain the reliable performance of critical equipment.

How to select a corrosion-resistant multistage centrifugal pump?
The selection of corrosion-resistant multistage centrifugal pumps must revolve around four core dimensions: media characteristics, operating conditions, safety compliance, and long-term cost-effectiveness. This ensures not only that the pump body can withstand media corrosion and meets performance requirements but also prevents equipment damage, safety risks, or energy waste caused by improper selection.
Chairman Pan Shiqun and his delegation from Changsha Zhonglian Pump Industry visited Jiangsu University to engage in academic exchanges and recruit talent.
To further promote technological innovation and upgrades within the company and strengthen its reserve of high-end professional talent, recently, Pan Shiqun, Chairman of Changsha Zhonglian Pump Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhonglian Pump Industry”), led a team comprising core technical experts and human resources professionals on a special visit to the School of Energy and Power Engineering at Jiangsu University (hereinafter referred to as “Jiangda School of Energy and Power Engineering”) to engage in academic exchanges and carry out a targeted talent recruitment initiative.

Why does everyone recommend using self-balancing multistage pumps?
In the fields of industrial fluid transportation, municipal water supply, and mine drainage, when mentioning "high-efficiency and energy-saving centrifugal pumps," practitioners almost always prioritize recommending self-balancing multistage pumps. Unlike traditional multistage pumps that require frequent maintenance and have poor operational stability, self-balancing multistage pumps have become the "preferred equipment" in many industries due to their innovative structural design and performance advantages.

High-lift submersible pump
The high-lift submersible pump is short and convenient for transportation and installation, completely changing the situation where the entire submersible pump industry uses the QJ series for wells, filling a gap in the domestic submersible pump industry, and is an ideal tool for mine drainage and emergency rescue. High-lift submersible electric pumps are suitable for extracting groundwater from deep wells and mines, and can be used for emergency rescue in gold mines, silver mines, iron mines, and coal mines, as well as for construction site drainage. (Flow rate can reach 50 tons per hour, and lift can reach 1500 meters).

Wear-resistant slurry pump
Slurry pumps are machines that increase the energy of a solid-liquid mixture using centrifugal force (rotation of the pump impeller), converting electrical energy into kinetic and potential energy of the medium. They are mainly used in mining, power plants, dredging, metallurgy, chemical, building materials, and petroleum industries.
High-efficiency energy-saving single-stage double-suction split-casing centrifugal pump
A single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump, also known as a single-stage double-suction split-case pump, is most easily distinguished from other pumps by its two suction ports. It can be rotated counter-clockwise if needed. Double-suction pumps typically have a very high flow rate.
Zhonglian Condensing Pump
Condensation pumps are vacuum pumps that utilize low-temperature surfaces to condense gases, also known as cryopumps. Condensation pumps achieve the lowest ultimate pressure and highest pumping speed for clean vacuum, and are widely used in the research and production of semiconductors and integrated circuits, as well as in molecular beam research, vacuum coating equipment, vacuum surface analysis instruments, ion implanters, and space simulation devices. Due to their outstanding advantages such as cleanliness, high efficiency, high pumping speed, and high reliability, they are widely used in scientific research laboratories and industrial production in numerous fields, such as semiconductor material fabrication, flat panel display production/testing equipment, solar energy manufacturing, vacuum coating, and thermal vacuum systems.
Single-stage, double-suction, split-case, vertical centrifugal pump
The vertical single-stage double-suction split-case pump is a vertically installed single-stage double-suction split-case pump developed and modified by our company based on the traditional horizontal split-case pump. It is suitable for industrial, urban, mining, power plant, agricultural water conservancy, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration engineering fields. This type of pump is used to transport clear water without solid particles or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. Vertical installation, small footprint, is very popular among customers.
Hot water network circulating pump
A district heating circulation pump is a device used in heating systems. It circulates and pressurizes hot water to facilitate its flow within the system. A district heating circulation pump unit consists of a district heating circulation pump, a motor, and an oil-water system. The circulation pump is a horizontally-oriented, axially split casing pump. The rotation direction is clockwise (viewed from the drive end to the free end). The pump is mounted on a rigid pump base equipped with an appropriate drainage device. An air vent valve is installed on the top of the pump casing to facilitate air removal. Its horizontal centerline is split, and the inlet and outlet pipes are located in the lower half of the casing structure. This allows for maintenance without dismantling related pipelines. The impeller is double-suction, and its structure ensures that the axial force on the impeller is basically balanced. A bearing capable of withstanding bidirectional thrust is installed on the free end to balance the remaining axial force.
What are the differences between vertical long-shaft pumps and vertical multistage pumps?
In numerous fields such as industrial processes, building water supply, and agricultural irrigation, vertical pumps are extremely important due to their advantages of saving floor space and convenient installation. However, when faced with two similar-looking vertical structures, "vertical long-shaft pumps" and "vertical multistage pumps", many people are often confused. Although they both stand vertically, they bear completely different missions, and their internal structures are vastly different.
