The CQB-type fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump is a chemical process pump that employs modern magnetic principles and utilizes permanent magnets to achieve non-contact, indirect transmission. When the motor drives the outer rotor assembly (i.e., the outer magnetic steel) to rotate, magnetic flux lines pass through the isolation sleeve under the influence of the magnetic field, thereby driving the inner rotor assembly (i.e., the inner magnetic steel) and the impeller to rotate in synchronization. The medium remains completely enclosed within the stationary isolation sleeve.

CQB-type fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump It is a method that applies modern magnetic principles and uses permanent magnets to achieve non-contact, indirect transmission. Chemical process pump When the motor drives the outer rotor assembly (i.e., the outer magnetic steel) to rotate, the magnetic field causes magnetic flux lines to pass through the isolation sleeve, thereby driving the inner rotor assembly (i.e., the inner magnetic steel) and the impeller to rotate in synchronization. The medium is completely enclosed within the stationary isolation sleeve, achieving the goal of pumping the medium without any leakage. This thoroughly eliminates shaft seal leakage found in mechanical-drive pumps, making it a new type of industrial pump that is fully sealed, leak-free, and pollution-free. The CQB-type magnetic drive pump is an ideal choice for chemical processes, effectively preventing running, venting, dripping, and leaking, eliminating environmental pollution, and creating “leak-free workshops” and “leak-free factories,” thus realizing safe and civilized production.

Leak-proof design and operating principle
The shaft seal has been eliminated, and magnetic coupling is used for indirect drive, completely eliminating the hassle of leaks and ensuring that the operating area remains free from any contamination.
Since the pump’s flow passages are made of “fluoroplastic alloy,” it can continuously convey corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and strong oxidizers of any concentration without sustaining any damage.
The drive unit employs an active permanent-magnet coupling directly mounted on the motor shaft. The pump chamber is completely sealed, and the impeller rotates indirectly via magnetic coupling. The design is compact, safe, and energy-efficient.
Robust and durable pump body structure
Although the part in contact with the liquid is made of fluoroplastic, the pump housing itself is made of metal, ensuring that the pump can adequately withstand the weight of the piping as well as mechanical impacts.
