　　The WQ-type stainless steel submersible sewage pump is a new environmentally friendly sewage pump product developed by Lianlian Pump Industry, based on the absorption and digestion of advanced technologies from similar domestic and foreign products, as well as extensive feedback from users. Our unit’s research personnel have successfully tested this pump multiple times, resulting in a product that meets and even surpasses the advanced performance standards of comparable domestic and international models. In particular, its unique ability to stir and remove sediment from water pools has received high praise from a wide range of users. This sewage pump features remarkable energy-saving performance, anti-entanglement design, no clogging, automatic installation, and automatic control capabilities. It plays a distinctive role in conveying solid particles and long-fiber waste.

　　The WQ submersible sewage pump’s main components include an impeller, a pump body, and a submersible motor mounted on a base. The pump and the motor share the same shaft. Since the pump is located at the very bottom of the entire sewage pump assembly, it can maximize its ability to draw up residual wastewater from the ground surface.

　　Powered by single-phase (or three-phase) electricity, this unit features an all-stainless steel construction. It is equipped with a cutting device and boasts excellent corrosion resistance (pH range of 4 to 10). The stainless steel submersible sewage pump can effectively cut long fibers and debris, has strong sewage-discharge capabilities, and can handle waste materials and debris with relatively large particle diameters. It is ideally suited for the conveyance and discharge of sewage and wastewater.

　　The submersible sewage pump features a unique structural design and a new type of mechanical seal, enabling it to efficiently handle media containing solid particles and long fibers. Compared to conventional impellers, the submersible sewage pump impeller adopts either a single-channel or dual-channel design, resembling a bent pipe of the same cross-sectional area and exhibiting excellent flow characteristics. Coupled with a properly designed volute chamber, this pump boasts high efficiency. Moreover, the impeller has undergone both static and dynamic balancing tests, ensuring that the pump operates without vibration.

 

Application Scope of WQ Stainless Steel Submersible Sewage Pump

　　Medium temperature not exceeding 60℃; pumped medium (<110℃):

　　1. Urban sewage, industrial wastewater, effluent, and mixed water.

　　2. Surface water and raw water (river water containing solid and fibrous materials).

　　3. Untreated mudwater, active sediments, and industrial deposits.

　　The WQ submersible sewage pump is suitable for applications in the chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, paper-making, cement plant, steel mill, power plant, and coal-processing industries, as well as for discharging heavily polluted wastewater from industrial and commercial facilities, sewage pumping stations in residential areas, drainage systems at municipal wastewater treatment plants, drainage stations in civil defense systems, water supply systems at waterworks, sewage discharge from hospitals and hotels, construction sites for municipal engineering projects, auxiliary equipment for exploration and mining operations, rural biogas digesters, agricultural irrigation systems, and other industries. It can handle sewage and waste containing particulate matter, and is also capable of pumping clean water and corrosive media.

　　1. The submersible sewage pump features a unique single- or dual-impeller design, significantly enhancing its ability to pass through debris. It can effectively handle fibrous materials up to five times the diameter of the pump’s inlet and solid particles with diameters approximately 50% of the pump’s inlet diameter.

　　2. The mechanical seal of the submersible sewage pump is made of a new type of hard, corrosion-resistant tungsten-titanium material, enabling the pump to operate safely and continuously for over 8,000 hours.

　　3. The submersible sewage pump features a compact overall structure, small size, low noise, and remarkable energy-saving performance. It is easy to maintain and does not require a dedicated pump room—simply submerge it in water to start operating, significantly reducing project costs.

　　4. The stainless steel submersible sewage pump is equipped with a high-precision, anti-interference leak-detection sensor in the sealing oil chamber. A thermal-sensitive element is pre-embedded within the stator windings to provide automatic protection for the pump motor.

　　5. The stainless steel submersible sewage pump can be equipped with a fully automatic control cabinet according to user requirements, providing automatic protection against pump leakage, electrical leakage, overload, and overheating, thereby enhancing the product’s safety and reliability.

　　6. The float switch for the stainless steel submersible sewage pump can automatically control the pump’s start and stop based on changes in the required liquid level, eliminating the need for dedicated personnel to monitor it and making it extremely convenient to use.

　　7. The stainless steel submersible sewage pump can be equipped with a dual-rail automatic coupling installation system according to user requirements, which greatly simplifies installation and maintenance, eliminating the need for personnel to enter the sewage pit for these tasks.

　　8. The submersible sewage pump can be used across the entire head range without causing the motor to overload.

Centrifugal pumps come in numerous models and configurations. Except for a small number of high-volume, standard models that are in stock, the vast majority are not stocked and are customized products. We need to select a pump based on your site's flow rate, head, media temperature, pH value, and installation conditions, etc., to determine the pump model and configuration before we can submit an order to the factory for production.
