The TS-type stainless steel horizontal single-stage pump is manufactured using advanced processes such as medium-pressure bulging and welding of stainless steel plates. It is the first-of-its-kind, next-generation horizontal corrosion-resistant stainless steel single-stage centrifugal pump developed in China, capable of replacing conventional small-caliber IS pumps and general corrosion-resistant pumps. 1. Installation Requirements
The TS horizontal single-stage stainless steel centrifugal pump features a direct-coupled shaft connection and consists of a pump, a pump shaft, and a standard motor.
1) The pump should be installed in a well-ventilated and frost-proof location.
2) The pump installation must ensure that, during operation, the pump is not affected by tensile forces from the system piping.
3) If the pump is installed outdoors, it must be equipped with a suitable enclosure to prevent water or condensation from entering the electrical components.
4) To facilitate inspection and maintenance, sufficient space must be left around the unit.
5) The electrical wiring device shall ensure that the pump is protected against damage caused by phase failure, voltage instability, leakage current, and overload.
6) The pump should be installed horizontally on the base, with the suction inlet facing horizontally and the discharge outlet facing vertically.
2. Operating Conditions
A liquid that is clean, thin, non-flammable and non-explosive, and does not contain solid particles or fibers;
Liquids with temperatures ranging from -20℃ to +100℃;
