　　The coupling device for the vertical outlet is fixed to the bottom of the cylinder. The pump is inserted along two guide rods, securing it onto the coupling base. The drain pipe is connected to the outlet of the coupling device.

　　The pump is easier to inspect, maintain, or replace parts on a daily basis without having to empty the cylinder.

　　3. Integrated prefabricated pump station flush valve

　　Sediment often accumulates at the bottom of sewage pits, and over time, debris builds up, adhering to the bottom and sides of the pit. This not only reduces the effective volume of the collection basin but can even clog the pump during operation. To prevent system failure, it is necessary to regularly clean the pump pit.

　　A flush valve is a flushing device with adjustable water outlet direction, used to prevent sludge accumulation at the bottom of pump stations.

　　The valve body is made of cast iron and is connected to the pump casing via a threaded joint. Its operation is based on the Venturi principle and requires no power source.

　　Based on the pump pit dimensions, pump model, and sedimentation risk, the flushing time for the flush valve can be set between 10 and 400 seconds.

　　The flush valve features a patented core system consisting of a flexible diaphragm connected to several rubber balls. When the pump is activated, the flush valve opens, drawing wastewater from the pump pit into the pump and creating a circulation loop within the pit that stirs up sediment (Figure 1).

　　After the set time elapses, the vacuum inside the valve body causes the rubber diaphragm to actuate, pushing the ball downward to shut off the water flow (Figure 2) and discharge the wastewater before the sludge has a chance to settle again at the bottom.

　　After the pump stops running, the diaphragm (Figure 3) and the ball (Figure 4), under the vacuum effect within the valve body, lift upward, opening the flush valve and preparing for the next operating cycle.

Except for a small number of high-volume, standard models that are in stock, the vast majority are not stocked and are customized products. We need to select a pump based on your site's flow rate, head, media temperature, pH value, and installation conditions, etc., to determine the pump model and configuration before we can submit an order to the factory for production.

What information should I provide when requesting a quote?

Generally, to obtain an accurate quotation, we recommend providing us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage and frequency, temperature, pH value, and solid particle content of the fluid being conveyed, and on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), etc.
