　　The pipeline diesel pump unit driven by a diesel engine is jointly developed by technical staff from Changsha Zhonglian Pump Industry and domestic pump experts. It employs an excellent domestic hydraulic model and adopts the performance parameters of IS-type centrifugal pumps, cleverly combining them on the basis of conventional vertical pumps. Furthermore, based on different operating temperatures and media conditions, this series of pumps has been adapted to produce specialized models suitable for hot water, high-temperature, corrosive chemical liquids, and oil pumping applications. This product series boasts advantages such as high efficiency, energy savings, low noise levels, and reliable performance. It complies with the latest national standards set forth by the Ministry of Machinery, JB/T53058-93. The products are designed and manufactured according to the international ISO 2858 standard. In 1993, they successfully passed the unified inspection conducted by the State Ministry of Machinery Industry for pipeline pump products. These pumps are intended for conveying clean water free of solid particles, as well as liquids whose physical and chemical properties are similar to those of water. Structural Features and Operating Conditions of Pipeline Diesel Engine Pump Units

　　1. The pipeline diesel pump features a vertical design with identical inlet and outlet diameters aligned on the same centerline, allowing it to be installed in pipelines just like a valve. It boasts a compact and aesthetically pleasing appearance, occupies a small footprint, and requires low initial construction investment. With the addition of a protective cover, it can even be used outdoors.

　　2. The impeller is directly mounted on the motor’s extended shaft, resulting in a short axial dimension and a compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are arranged reasonably, effectively balancing the radial and axial loads generated during pump operation, thereby ensuring smooth pump performance with minimal vibration and low noise.

　　3. The shaft seal employs either a mechanical seal or a mechanical seal combination, featuring imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature-resistant mechanical seals, and seals made of hard alloy materials that offer excellent wear resistance, thereby effectively extending the service life of the mechanical seal.

　　4. Easy to install and maintain—no need to disassemble the pipeline system; simply remove the pump coupling base nut to extract the entire rotor assembly.

　　5. According to usage requirements—specifically, the desired flow rate and head—the pumps can be operated in series or parallel configurations.

　　6. The pump can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the requirements of the piping layout.

　　1. The suction pressure shall be ≤1.0 MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system shall be ≤1.6 MPa—i.e., the suction inlet pressure of the pump plus the pump head shall not exceed 1.6 MPa. The hydrostatic test pressure for the pump is 2.5 MPa. Please specify the system’s working pressure when placing your order. If the working pressure of the pump system exceeds 1.6 MPa, this should be explicitly stated at the time of ordering so that cast steel materials can be used for the pump’s flow passages and connecting parts during manufacturing.

　　2. Ambient temperature < 40℃, relative humidity < 95%.

　　3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1% per unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2 mm.

　　Note: If the medium contains fine particles, please specify this when placing your order so that the manufacturer can equip the pump with a wear-resistant mechanical seal.

Main applications of pipeline diesel pump units

　　1. The ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is designed for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to those of clean water. It is suitable for industrial and municipal water supply and drainage, pressurized water delivery in high-rise buildings, landscape irrigation, fire-fighting booster systems, long-distance water transportation, HVAC and refrigeration circulation, cold and hot water circulation boosting in bathrooms and other facilities, and is applicable at operating temperatures T < 80℃.

　　2. The IRG vertical hot-water pump is suitable for boosting and circulating high-temperature hot water in boilers used in metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, papermaking, as well as in hotels, bathhouses, and guesthouses. It can also be used for heating circulation in urban residential buildings. The operating temperature is below 120℃.

　　3. The GRG vertical high-temperature centrifugal pump is widely used for boosting and circulating high-temperature hot water in boilers at power plants, metallurgical facilities, chemical plants, textile mills, paper mills, as well as in hotels, bathhouses, and guesthouses. It is also suitable for circulating heating systems in urban residential buildings. The operating temperature is below 240℃.

　　4. The IHG vertical stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pump is designed for conveying liquids that are free of solid particles, corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for use in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, power generation, papermaking, food and pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers. The operating temperature range is from -20℃ to 120℃.

　　5. The YG-type pipeline oil pump is designed for conveying petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, and diesel fuel, with a medium temperature range of -20℃ to +120℃.

　　6. The IHGB vertical stainless steel explosion-proof chemical centrifugal pump is suitable for conveying flammable chemical liquids.

　　7. ISGD, IRGD, GRGD, IHGH, YGD, and IHGBD vertical low-speed centrifugal pumps are suitable for applications with extremely low environmental noise requirements, such as air conditioning circulation systems.
