　　DY-type multistage centrifugal Oil pump It adopts a highly efficient and energy-saving hydraulic model recommended by the national standards, boasting advantages such as high efficiency and energy savings, a wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long service life, and convenient installation and maintenance. By modifying the material of the DY oil pump (or the materials used in its wetted parts), changing the sealing configuration, and adding a cooling system, this pump can handle hot water, oils, corrosive media, and media containing abrasive particles. It is designed for conveying petroleum and petroleum products with a viscosity of less than 120 centistokes and free of solid particles. The medium temperature ranges from -20°C to 150°C, and the allowable inlet pressure is up to 0.6 MPa.

Structural Form and Features of DY Multistage Centrifugal Oil Pumps

　　1) Inlet and outlet of DY-type oil pumps: The 100DY16 horizontal multistage centrifugal pump features horizontal suction and vertical discharge; all other multistage centrifugal pumps have vertical suction and vertical discharge.

　　2) Oil seals: Mechanical seals or packing seals can be used. The shaft seal is equipped with cooling.

　　3) Bearing Type and Lubrication: The sliding bearings of the DY850-125 pump feature forced-circulation lubrication. The sliding bearings of the DYⅠ85-67, DYⅠ155-67, and DYⅡ155-67 pumps employ oil-ring splash-type dilute-oil lubrication. All other pumps are equipped with rolling bearings that are lubricated by grease.

　　4) Support: The DYⅡ155-67 pump is supported centrally, while the other pumps are foot-supported.

　　Rotation direction: When viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.

　　Material of main components: The materials for flow-through parts are cast iron for DYⅠ, DY, and YD; cast steel for DYⅡ; and cast stainless steel for DYⅢ.

　　Pump complete set scope: The pump is supplied as a complete set, including an explosion-proof motor, a common base or a built-in base, a check valve, a gate valve, and spare parts.

Structural Description of the DY Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Oil Pump

　　1. Pump Casing Section

　　The pump casing is primarily composed of the bearing, front section, middle section, rear section, and guide vanes, all connected as a single unit by bolts. The centerline of the suction inlet in the front section is horizontal, while the centerline of the discharge outlet in the rear section is perpendicular to the horizontal plane.

　　2. Rotor Section

　　The rotor assembly primarily consists of bearings, an impeller mounted on the shaft, a shaft sleeve, a balance disc, and other components. The components mounted on the shaft are secured to the shaft using flat keys and shaft sleeve nuts, thereby forming an integral unit with the shaft. The entire rotor is supported by bearings at both ends and is housed within the pump casing. The number of impellers in the rotor assembly is determined by the number of stages in the pump.

　　3. Bearing Section
This type D pump features two kinds of bearings—sliding bearings and rolling bearings—depending on the model. Neither type bears any axial forces. During operation, the rotor assembly must be allowed to move axially within the pump casing; therefore, radial bearings should not be used.

　　4. Pump Sealing

　　The sealing surfaces between the pump’s front, middle, and rear sections are all sealed with molybdenum disulfide grease. The rotor section is sealed against the stationary part by means of a sealing ring, guide vane sleeves, and packing seals. When the wear on the sealing ring and guide vane sleeves has begun to affect the pump’s operation and performance, they should be replaced promptly.

　　5. Balancing mechanism

　　The balancing mechanism consists of a balance ring, a balance disc, a balance sleeve, and other components. It is designed to counterbalance the axial forces acting on the pump. The pump is supplied as a complete set, including an explosion-proof motor, a common base or a self-contained base, a check valve, a gate valve, and spare parts.

Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

Centrifugal pumps come in numerous models and configurations. Except for a small number of high-volume, standard models that are in stock, the vast majority are not stocked and are customized products. We need to select a pump based on your site's flow rate, head, media temperature, pH value, and installation conditions, etc., to determine the pump model and configuration before we can submit an order to the factory for production.

What information should I provide when requesting a quote?

Generally, to obtain an accurate quotation, we recommend providing us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage and frequency, temperature, pH value, and solid particle content of the fluid being conveyed, and on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), etc.
