Product Overview
The FZB series fluoroplastic self-priming pumps are designed and manufactured in accordance with international standards, incorporating the manufacturing processes of non-metallic pumps. The pump body features a metal casing lined with fluoroplastic, while all flow-path components are made from fluoroplastic alloys. The pump cover, impeller, and other parts are entirely formed by integral sintering and pressing, with metal inserts encased in fluoroplastic. The shaft seal employs an advanced externally mounted bellows mechanical seal; the stationary ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride), and the rotating ring is composed of PTFE-filled material, offering exceptional corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and sealing performance. Both the pump’s inlet and outlet are reinforced with cast steel bodies, significantly enhancing the pump’s pressure resistance. Practical applications demonstrate that this pump boasts numerous advantages, including excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high-temperature tolerance, resistance to aging, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, an advanced and rational structural design, stringent and reliable sealing performance, convenient disassembly and maintenance, and a long service life.

Design features
The FZB series self-priming centrifugal pumps have flow components made entirely of fluoroplastic alloys. A key advantage is their self-priming capability, with the self-priming height adjustable between 1 and 3 meters depending on the density of the medium.

Except for a small number of high-volume, standard models that are in stock, the vast majority are not stocked and are customized products. We need to select a pump based on your site's flow rate, head, media temperature, pH value, and installation conditions, etc., to determine the pump model and configuration before we can submit an order to the factory for production.
