The NMQ series magnetic-drive centrifugal pump (hereinafter referred to as the NMQ magnetic pump) is a new type of completely leak-free, corrosion-resistant pump developed by our company based on current user and market demands, as well as existing magnetic pumps available on the market. It mainly consists of an electric motor, a magnetic coupler, and a corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. The pump transmits power via a magnetic coupler, ensuring absolutely no leakage. Its key feature is that when the electric motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic coupler to rotate, magnetic lines pass through the air gap and the isolation sleeve, acting on the inner magnetic steel and causing the pump shaft to rotate synchronously with the motor—thus transmitting torque without any contact. At the power input end of the pump shaft, since the liquid is confined within a stationary isolation sleeve and there are no moving seals, the inevitable phenomena of leakage, spillage, dripping, and seepage commonly encountered in the petrochemical industry are completely eliminated, achieving truly zero-leakage operation.
Product Introduction:
- Compliant with API685-2010 and GB/T25140-2010 standards, the pump interface dimensions are compatible with replacement models such as IH and CZ chemical pumps, offering excellent interchangeability, high efficiency, and low vibration.
- Neodymium-iron-boron or samarium-cobalt permanent magnet materials are used for both inner and outer magnets, offering high magnetic efficiency and excellent resistance to high temperatures.
- According to technical requirements, the design can be either direct-coupled or split-type. For crystallizing media, a heating insulation device can also be added.
- The modular structure is extremely easy to disassemble, assemble, and maintain, significantly reducing the professional requirements for maintenance personnel.
- An idling protector can be configured according to user requirements to prevent damage caused by idling.
- It completely eliminates leakage in sealed pumps, offering an absolutely leak-free solution and serving as the ideal replacement for canned motors pumps.
- The NMQ series includes more than twenty types of magnetic drive pumps, such as the NMQ model (direct-coupled magnetic pump), NMQR (air-cooled direct-coupled magnetic pump), NMQL (split-type magnetic pump), NMQG (split-type high-temperature magnetic pump), NMQEW (direct-coupled double-insulated magnetic pump), NMLEW (split-type double-insulated magnetic pump), NMZ (direct-coupled self-priming magnetic pump), NMZL (split-type self-priming magnetic pump), NQG (direct-coupled magnetic pipeline pump), NQL (split-type magnetic pipeline pump), NQGW (direct-coupled jacketed-insulated magnetic pipeline pump), and NQLW (split-type jacketed-insulated magnetic pipeline pump). We need to select a pump based on your site's flow rate, head, media temperature, pH value, and installation conditions, etc., to determine the pump model and configuration before we can submit an order to the factory for production.
