They are specially designed circulation pumps tailored to the characteristics of evaporation and circulation processes in chlor-alkali and salt production. Drawing on successful technologies from the industry and incorporating their own unique design strengths, the HZ series boasts an optimized transmission design that results in minimal operating vibration and low noise levels. This significantly enhances the pump’s operational reliability and balance, greatly extending both its maintenance intervals and service life. The pumps offer high operational reliability, with maintenance cycles more than doubled and a 20% increase in service life. Moreover, the HZ forced-circulation pumps deliver higher efficiency and greater energy savings, enabling users to achieve substantial electricity cost reductions each year.

The HZ-series horizontal axial-flow pumps are primarily used in applications involving high flow rates and low head, and are particularly well-suited for forced circulation processes involving corrosive media. Structural Features of HZ-Type Chemical Axial Flow Pumps

(1) The cantilever rotor features a front-opening design, which boasts a simple structure and convenient maintenance—no need to disassemble the pump body or pipelines.

(2) The impeller is designed to work in conjunction with the suction guide pipe. When conveying abrasive materials, only the suction guide pipe needs to be replaced, thereby extending the service life of the pump body. The shaft seal can employ either a molded liquid-sealing packing seal or a double-end-face mechanical seal, ensuring zero leakage and guaranteeing the pump’s safety and reliability.

(3) The pump series can adopt various transmission methods, including direct coupling, belt drive, and gear reducer drive. It can also be installed in horizontal, vertical, or suspended configurations, enabling the pump series to meet the performance and installation requirements of different working stations.

(4) The shaft seal is a combination of an impeller dynamic seal and a mechanical seal, ensuring no leakage occurs whether the pump is running or stationary. The mechanical seal adopts our company’s patented 171 series single-face, internally mounted stationary seal, which is convenient for installation and maintenance, delivers excellent sealing performance, and boasts a long service life. During operation, the cooling water does not need to be pressurized; a pressure of around 0.1 MPa is generally sufficient. The flow rate depends on the temperature difference between the cooling water’s inlet and outlet, with a typical temperature rise not exceeding 15°C. The cooling water seal consists of a combination of a skeleton oil seal and packing rings, which are mutually interchangeable.

(5) Pump rotation direction: When viewed from the drive end, the pump rotates counterclockwise.

(6) Pump inlet and outlet orientations: The standard configuration is top inlet and bottom outlet; however, it can be modified to bottom inlet and top outlet according to user requirements, while the rotation direction remains unchanged.

What information should I provide when requesting a quote?

Generally, to obtain an accurate quotation, we recommend providing us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage and frequency, temperature, pH value, and solid particle content of the fluid being conveyed, and on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), etc.
