The JXF high-temperature fluoropolymer-lined axial-flow pump is a new type of pump that has been developed through dozens of meticulous processing and manufacturing steps, building upon the long-standing use of steel-lined composite pumps in the waste acid concentration stage of titanium dioxide production. Compared to conventional axial-flow pumps, this new pump boasts significant improvements in corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high-temperature tolerance, leak-free performance, and efficiency! Currently, it is widely used in the titanium dioxide industry for waste acid concentration, where it has demonstrated excellent results. This pump features high efficiency and superior cavitation resistance. Even under operating conditions where titanium alloys cannot maintain durability over the long term, this pump can reliably operate for several years.

1. Excellent corrosion resistance

　　The flow passages of the JXF high-temperature axial-flow pump are entirely made of premium PFA material, giving it exceptional resistance to corrosive liquids such as nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, and strong oxidizing agents. The pump demonstrates particularly outstanding performance in environments with increasingly aggressive corrosion. Its corrosion resistance far surpasses that of high-nickel alloys and Alloy 20, and even exceeds that of high-silicon cast iron. As a result, it is globally renowned as the "King of Corrosion Resistance."

II. Excellent wear resistance

The JXF high-temperature axial-flow pump is manufactured using a special process involving fusion and molding. The steel-lined composite pump body features a fluoropolymer lining with a thickness of over 10 mm, while the sandwich-type pump body has a fluoropolymer lining exceeding 25 mm in thickness. Moreover, the inner surface of the fluoropolymer lining undergoes a special treatment that makes it uniquely resistant to erosion by ferrous sulfate—a feature that sets it apart on an international level.

3. Excellent high-temperature resistance

The JXF fluoropolymer-lined axial-flow pump boasts excellent thermal shock resistance, self-lubricating properties, and impact resistance. As a result, critical components such as the impeller—made of fluoroplastics—will not crack under impact, thereby overcoming the fragility inherent in ceramic pumps and high-silicon cast iron pumps. Thanks to its outstanding overall performance and smooth operation, this pump can be confidently used for long periods even in harsh environments ranging from -30°C to 150°C. (The maximum temperature for waste acid concentration treatment is 130°C, while the melting point of fluoropolymers is 360°C.)

4. Easy to disassemble and convenient for maintenance.

Since the impeller, pump cover, and shaft sleeve are all made of fluoropolymer materials, the pump’s weight has been significantly reduced. As a result, the rotor assembly can be easily and conveniently removed from the pump body, making disassembly, removal, and reassembly remarkably straightforward. This eliminates the drawbacks associated with silicon-iron pumps—such as the need for extremely careful handling to avoid breakage and the difficulty in performing repairs without feeling constrained.

1. This series of pumps features a cantilever structure and can be installed horizontally. According to user requirements, belt-pulley transmission can also be adopted to adjust flow rate and head. These pumps are designed based on the optimal flow conditions for fluids, taking into account the specific parameters required by axial-flow pumps.

2. This pump features a rear-opening, pull-out design, making it easy to disassemble and maintain. During maintenance, you don’t need to disconnect the connecting pipelines—instead, you can simply remove the pump shaft.

3. The shaft seal adopts a new combined sealing design. The mechanical seal features a double-end seal, with the stationary ring made of imported Hastelloy material and the rotating ring also made of imported Hastelloy. Cooling water must be used for flushing. Alternatively, an externally mounted single-face mechanical seal can be employed, making it suitable for conveying highly corrosive liquids containing suspended particles.

4. The pump body’s flow passages are不易 blocked, with a large cavitation margin and highly reliable shaft and bearing designs, ensuring smooth operation, minimal vibration, low noise, and long service life.

5. The rotation direction of the pump is indicated by an arrow on the bearing bracket.

Installation of the JXF High-Temperature Fluoropolymer-Lined Axial Flow Pump

1. Before installation, check whether the foundation dimensions, location, surface condition, and elevation meet the design requirements.

2. After washing and filling the anchor bolt holes with concrete, allow at least 48 hours for the concrete to fully set, then recheck the pump’s horizontal and vertical alignment.

3. The pump and motor must be installed on the same shaft, with a deviation not exceeding 0.2 mm.

4. The connecting pipelines of the pump should be equipped with supports in a reasonable manner, and the pump should not bear the weight of the equipment.
