The IGF-type fluoroplastic-lined pipeline pump is suitable for long-term transportation of acids, alkalis, oxidizers, and other corrosive liquids at temperatures ranging from -85℃ to +200℃, regardless of their concentration. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, power generation, papermaking, flue gas desulfurization, dust removal, food and pharmaceutical processing, and synthetic fiber production.
Product Features of IGF Vertical Fluoroplastic Lined Pipe Centrifugal Pumps
1. The IGF-type fluoroplastic-lined centrifugal pump features a vertical design with identical inlet and outlet diameters located on the same centerline. It can be installed in pipelines just like a valve. The pump boasts a compact and aesthetically pleasing appearance, occupies a small footprint, and requires low initial construction investment. With the addition of a protective cover, it can even be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is directly mounted on the motor bearing, featuring a reasonable bearing arrangement, a short axial dimension, and a compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are arranged in a way that effectively balances both radial and axial loads generated during pump operation, thereby ensuring smooth pump performance with very low vibration and noise levels.
3. The shaft seal of the IGF-type fluoroplastic-lined centrifugal pump employs a combination of standard mechanical seals and particle-resistant mechanical seals, featuring imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and seals made from hard alloy materials with excellent wear resistance, thereby effectively extending the service life of the mechanical seals.
4. Pipeline pumps can be operated in series or parallel configurations according to the specific requirements of flow rate and head. Depending on the layout of the piping system, the pumps can be installed either vertically or horizontally. Installation and maintenance are convenient—there is no need to disassemble the entire piping system; simply remove the pump coupling base nut to extract the entire rotor assembly.
