Its uniquely designed motor and pump body are connected via a coupling assembly, ensuring high concentricity and precise machining accuracy. 7. The mechanical seal is made of materials such as stainless steel, tungsten carbide, and fluororubber, offering resistance to high temperatures and pressures, a long service life, zero leakage, and no wear on the shaft, thereby ensuring a clean working environment.
8. The structural design of the detachable vertical pipeline centrifugal pump cover is unique. By simply removing the claw-type flexible coupling and the pump cover nut, you can easily take out the bearing housing, pump cover, pump shaft, impeller, and other components for replacing the mechanical seal and impeller—without having to disassemble the motor, pump body, or piping. This makes maintenance convenient and quick.

Except for a small number of high-volume, standard models that are in stock, the vast majority are not stocked and are customized products. We need to select a pump based on your site's flow rate, head, media temperature, pH value, and installation conditions, etc., to determine the pump model and configuration before we can submit an order to the factory for production.
