The IH-type corrosion-resistant single-stage, single-suction pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered centrifugal pump designed for chemical applications. Its marked rated performance points and dimensions comply with the international standard ISO 2858-1975(E). This pump serves as an energy-efficient replacement and upgrade for the F-type corrosion-resistant pumps. This series of corrosion-resistant pumps... The IH-type corrosion-resistant single-stage centrifugal pump is jointly developed by the technical staff of Zhonglian Pump Industry and domestic water pump experts, who have selected an outstanding hydraulic model from China for its design and development. It is suitable for conveying clean water and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, provided that these liquids do not contain solid particles. The pump can handle corrosive media or media with physical and chemical properties similar to water at temperatures ranging from 20°C to 105°C. It is widely used in industrial, agricultural, and municipal drainage systems, as well as in fire-fighting water supply applications.

Structural Features of IH Horizontal Chemical Corrosion-Resistant Single-Stage Single-Suction Centrifugal Pump
The IH-type corrosion-resistant single-stage centrifugal pump is a single-stage, single-suction (axial suction) cantilever centrifugal pump designed for conveying liquids that are corrosive and have a viscosity similar to water, provided they do not contain solid particles. Its marking, rated performance, and dimensions are fully compliant with the international standard ISO 2858. This pump features a wide performance range, high efficiency, a high level of “three modernizations,” and ease of maintenance. Its efficiency is, on average, 5% higher than that of F-type pumps, making it a nationally promoted energy-saving product. The IH-type corrosion-resistant single-stage single-suction pump is suitable for chemical plants, where it is used to convey corrosive liquids that do not contain solid particles and have a viscosity similar to water. The temperature of the medium being conveyed typically ranges from 20°C to 105°C. The pump’s maximum working pressure is 1.6 MPa, and the inlet pressure should not exceed 0.6 MPa.
The IH-type corrosion-resistant single-stage pump cover is secured to the intermediate support via a locating flange. The pump cover is then clamped in place between the pump body and the intermediate support by means of a mating flange connection. The pump features axial suction and radial discharge, and it is foot-mounted, allowing direct installation onto a base. The suspension assembly is fixed to the intermediate support via a locating flange and supported on the base by suspension brackets. To facilitate disassembly, an extended coupling has been designed, enabling maintenance without having to remove the inlet and outlet piping, as well as the pump body and motor. Simply by removing the middle coupling component, the rotor assembly can be extracted for inspection and maintenance. This is a structurally standardized design commonly used worldwide.

Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

Centrifugal pumps come in numerous models and configurations. Except for a small number of high-volume, standard models that are in stock, the vast majority are not stocked and are customized products. We need to select a pump based on your site's flow rate, head, media temperature, pH value, and installation conditions, etc., to determine the pump model and configuration before we can submit an order to the factory for production.
