Main Features and Applications of MGQ High-Pressure, Small-Caliber Special Valve for Mining Use
The MGQ mine-use high-pressure small-caliber dedicated valve is specially designed for automated control in coal mines and is suitable for use with fire-fighting systems, dust suppression systems, as well as submersible pumps, jet pumps, and vacuum pumps underground.
The MGQ mine-use high-pressure small-caliber dedicated valve is compact in size, lightweight, highly automated, and can be integrated with DCS systems. It is not restricted by the flow direction of the medium, nor by high or low pressure conditions, or by positive or negative pressure differentials. The valve ensures that dirt in the medium does not affect its sealing performance when closed, thereby guaranteeing zero leakage. In the event of a power failure, the valve can still be manually operated. The valve is entirely made of stainless steel and is available in two connection types: internal threaded and flanged.

Centrifugal pumps come in numerous models and configurations. Except for a small number of high-volume, standard models that are in stock, the vast majority are not stocked and are customized products. We need to select a pump based on your site's flow rate, head, media temperature, pH value, and installation conditions, etc., to determine the pump model and configuration before we can submit an order to the factory for production.

What information should I provide when requesting a quote?

Generally, to obtain an accurate quotation, we recommend providing us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage and frequency, temperature, pH value, and solid particle content of the fluid being conveyed, and on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), etc.
