Wastewater pump impeller type:
Eight types of impellers—namely, closed multi-channel impeller, vane impeller, high-efficiency multi-channel open counter-rotating turbine, single-channel impeller, open double-channel impeller vortex impeller, polyurethane-coated impeller, shredding impeller, and vortex impeller—are designed for high performance and efficiency, featuring an exceptionally large particle-passing capacity that can effectively address nearly any wastewater disposal challenge.
C-type impeller
The C-type impeller, also known as a closed multi-channel impeller, is primarily used for pumping clean liquids or slightly contaminated liquids that do not contain fibrous materials. It finds major applications in large-scale drainage systems and wastewater treatment plants, among other fields.
D-type impeller
The D-type impeller is a multi-blade impeller designed for light water applications, primarily used in areas such as rainwater harvesting and surface irrigation.
H-shaped impeller
The H-type impeller is a high-efficiency, multi-channel, open-type counter-rotating turbine with self-cleaning blades. Its specially designed, adjustable grooves on the suction flange allow it to effectively discharge solid particles and fibers.

Centrifugal pumps come in numerous models and configurations. Except for a small number of high-volume, standard models that are in stock, the vast majority are not stocked and are customized products. We need to select a pump based on your site's flow rate, head, media temperature, pH value, and installation conditions, etc., to determine the pump model and configuration before we can submit an order to the factory for production.

Generally, to obtain an accurate quotation, we recommend providing us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage and frequency, temperature, pH value, and solid particle content of the fluid being conveyed, and on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), etc.
