The QY-type oil-filled submersible electric pump is a portable shallow-water irrigation and drainage device that integrates the pump and motor into one unit. Its key feature is that the motor interior is completely filled with mechanical oil, which significantly improves the operating conditions of the mechanical seal and makes it much more difficult for external water to enter the motor. The oil efficiently conducts heat away from the motor interior, providing excellent cooling performance and substantially reducing the motor's temperature rise. As a result, the submersible electric pump’s overload capacity is greatly enhanced. Additionally, in oil-immersed submersible electric pumps, the bearings operate immersed in oil, ensuring both effective lubrication and cooling.

Except for a small number of high-volume, standard models that are in stock, the vast majority are not stocked and are customized products. We need to select a pump based on your site's flow rate, head, media temperature, pH value, and installation conditions, etc., to determine the pump model and configuration before we can submit an order to the factory for production.
