SF-type corrosion-resistant double-suction Middle-open pump This horizontal, single-stage, double-suction, horizontally split-center centrifugal pump is an energy-efficient new product developed by Zhonglian Pump Industry—a leading manufacturer of double-suction centrifugal pumps—based on the S-type corrosion-resistant double-suction, horizontally split-center pump. This model boasts advanced performance, smooth operation, and high safety and reliability, making it ideal for conveying various corrosive media. It is suitable for industries such as chemical processing, petroleum, metallurgy, power generation, papermaking, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers, where it can handle a wide range of corrosive or zero-contamination liquid media. The medium temperature ranges from 0°C to 80°C, and the allowable inlet pressure is up to 0.6 MPa.

SF-type corrosion-resistant Double-suction pump For horizontal installation, both the suction and discharge ports are located below the pump shaft centerline. The pump casing features a horizontal split design, allowing maintenance without the need to disconnect the inlet and outlet pipelines. The shaft seal is a soft packing seal; it can also be replaced with a mechanical seal.
Rotation Direction: When viewed from the motor end toward the pump, the SF-type corrosion-resistant double-suction split-case pump rotates counterclockwise; in this case, the suction port is on the left and the discharge port is on the right. The split-case centrifugal pump rotates clockwise; in this case, the suction port is on the right and the discharge port is on the left.

Centrifugal pumps come in numerous models and configurations. Except for a small number of high-volume, standard models that are in stock, the vast majority are not stocked and are customized products. We need to select a pump based on your site's flow rate, head, media temperature, pH value, and installation conditions, etc., to determine the pump model and configuration before we can submit an order to the factory for production.
