Product Overview
The WSJ-type non-clogging pump is a new, energy-efficient pulp and slurry pump. Based on practical applications, it features high efficiency, virtually no or minimal leakage, excellent anti-clogging performance, smooth operation, high reliability, and a compact structure. Among non-clogging pump manufacturers, Zhonglian Pump Industry adheres to the AP610 (10th edition), VDMA24297 (heavy-duty), DIN24256, and ISO2858 GB5662-85 standards in its product design. These standards define the basic specifications for standard pulp and slurry pumps, and the WSJ pump series represents a single-suction, single-stage pump model.

Installation and Operation Instructions for the New WSJ Non-Clogging Pulp Slurry Pump:
I. Installation of Non-Clogging Pulp Pumps
1. Before installation, check the following: all connection points of the unit and piping, as well as all bolts and nuts—ensure they are securely tightened and show no signs of looseness.
2. Inlet and outlet pipelines should be equipped with regulating valves and pressure gauges. At the connection between the pipeline flanges and the pump, flexible joints must be installed. During installation, the weight of the pipeline must not be directly borne by the pump to prevent deformation and vibration that could cause abnormal noise.
3. The pressure gauge should be selected with a range 125% to 150% greater than the pump’s operating conditions (if there is no pressure at the inlet, a pressure gauge is not required at the inlet).
4. When adjusting the coupling connecting the machine and the pump, use a straightedge to align it against the outer circular line of the coupling. The concentricity between the two shafts must be less than 0.3 mm.
5. After installation, manually rotate the pump rotor shaft to ensure there is no jamming, rubbing, or bumping. Once everything is confirmed to be normal, connect the power cord and prepare for a test run.
II. Commissioning of the Non-Clogging Slurry Pump
1. Confirm the motor wiring method and securely tighten the motor terminal connections to prevent loosening, which could lead to phase failure, short circuits, or motor burnout.
2. Briefly energize the power supply (for high-power motors, perform soft starting). Confirm the motor’s rotation direction: when viewed from the motor end, the pump should rotate clockwise. After confirming the direction, stop the motor.
3. Open the pump inlet valve and the air vent valve in the pipeline, close the pump outlet valve, and then fill the pump chamber with water or use a vacuum pump to evacuate air from the chamber.
4. Check the sealing condition of each pipeline to ensure that the pipelines are intact and free of leaks. Then, restart the power supply and slowly open the outlet valve.
5. Slowly open the outlet valve and monitor the pressure gauge, ensuring that the pressure remains within the range specified in the instruction manual.
3. Shutdown
1. High-temperature pumps (for liquids with temperatures of 80°C or higher) must be cooled down first, at a cooling rate of less than 10°C per minute, before they can be shut down.
2. Close the outlet valve and stop the motor from running.
3. Close the inlet valve. If the pump is not to be used for an extended period, drain all liquid from the pump and remove any residual impurities from the pump chamber, then perform necessary maintenance.
4. Open the pump inlet valve and the air vent valves in the pipeline, close the pump outlet valve, and then fill the pump chamber with water or use a vacuum pump to evacuate air from the chamber.
5. Inspect the sealing condition of all pipelines to ensure they are intact and leak-free. Then, restart the power supply and slowly open the outlet valve.
6. Slowly open the outlet valve and monitor the pressure gauge, ensuring that the pressure remains within the range specified in the instruction manual.

Q
What is your typical delivery time?
A
Models in stock can be shipped the next day at the latest. All others are custom-made, with lead times generally ranging from 7 to 90 days depending on the product size and project specifics. Please contact our sales manager for details: 0731-88632200 。
Q
Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?
A
Centrifugal pumps come in numerous models and configurations. Except for a small number of high-volume, standard models that are in stock, the vast majority are not stocked and are customized products. We need to select a pump based on your site's flow rate, head, media temperature, pH value, and installation conditions, etc., to determine the pump model and configuration before we can submit an order to the factory for production.
Q
What information should I provide when requesting a quote?
A
Generally, to obtain an accurate quotation, we recommend providing us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage and frequency, temperature, pH value, and solid particle content of the fluid being conveyed, and on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), etc.
If you are not sure, don't worry, our business managers will assist you in determining this.
Q
What products do you mainly produce?
A
Zhonglian Pump Industry manufactures various large industrial centrifugal pumps. Main products include: self-balancing multi-stage pumps, multi-stage centrifugal pumps, single-stage centrifugal pumps, split-case pumps, chemical pumps, submersible pumps, pipeline pumps, long-shaft pumps, condensate pumps, etc.
Q
Why is it so slow to get a price quote?
A
Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard customized products with many models, the price range is also very large. Even for the same model, the price difference is also very large due to different materials and configurations. Taking the most common water pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller. Therefore, we need to clarify the relevant information to give you an accurate price. Normally, if you provide relatively comprehensive information, we can quote within 5 minutes.
