The ZH temperature- and corrosion-resistant self-priming chemical centrifugal pump is a single-stage, single-suction, self-priming chemical centrifugal pump developed by our factory in combination with similar products both domestically and abroad. The ZH pump is suitable for conveying corrosive media with temperatures ranging from 0°C to 220°C and containing solid particles smaller than 3 millimeters. Application Scope of ZH-Type Stainless Steel Corrosion-Resistant Chemical Self-Priming Centrifugal Pump
1. The ZH corrosion-resistant self-priming pump is suitable for urban environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, dyeing and printing, brewing, power generation, electroplating, papermaking, equipment cooling, and other applications.
2. The ZH corrosion-resistant self-priming pump, when fitted with a rocker-arm nozzle, can also spray water into the air and break it down into fine droplets for misting—making it an excellent tool for farms, nurseries, orchards, and tea gardens.
3. The ZH series chemical self-priming pumps can also be manufactured as stainless steel self-priming pumps, suitable for clean water, seawater, and chemical media liquids containing acids or alkalis, as well as slurry-like media with general paste-like consistency. The viscosity and solid content of such media can reach up to 30% at most. Different materials can be used depending on the specific liquid; these materials include HT200, ICR18NiGTi, OCr18Ni, OCr17Ni14Mo2, and ICR18Ni12Mo2Ti.
4. If configured as a sewage-type, non-clogging self-priming sewage pump, it can also be used in conjunction with filter presses of any model and specification, serving as the ideal matching pump for delivering slurry to the filter press for filtration.

Centrifugal pumps come in numerous models and configurations. Except for a small number of high-volume, standard models that are in stock, the vast majority are not stocked and are customized products. We need to select a pump based on your site's flow rate, head, media temperature, pH value, and installation conditions, etc., to determine the pump model and configuration before we can submit an order to the factory for production.
