Overview of Laser Welding Stainless Steel Impellers:
Laser welding stamping type Stainless steel impeller The impellers used by Changsha Zhonglian Pump Industry are made from standard 304 material and manufactured using state-of-the-art techniques: stainless steel sheet stamping and laser welding. After the stainless steel sheets are stamped, they are directly and precisely welded together using laser technology. Impellers produced with this technology overcome some inherent defects of traditionally molded impellers, while also boasting advantages such as long service life, energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, high efficiency, and excellent corrosion resistance. Moreover, they are more affordable, making them an ideal replacement for conventional cast impellers and a premium accessory for pumps.
