Bearing Overview:
The bearing is a component specifically designed for multi-stage pumps by Changsha Lian Pump Industry Co., Ltd. Both the manufacturing process and precision of this bearing are strictly controlled. Among them, the stainless steel bearing boasts characteristics such as high strength, high precision, and excellent corrosion resistance. During operation, the stainless steel bearing delivers stable performance, generates low noise, and exhibits outstanding corrosion resistance, making it widely used in various types of water pump products.
Bearing parts:
1. Bearing components: One of the individual parts that make up a rolling bearing, but excluding all accessories.
2. Bearing raceway: A ring-shaped component of a radial rolling bearing that has one or more raceways.
3. Bearing washer: A ring-shaped component of a thrust rolling bearing that has one or more raceways.
4. Flat retaining ring: A separable, essentially flat washer used with its inner or outer portion serving as a retaining edge for the outer or inner ring of a radial cylindrical roller bearing.
5. Slanted retaining ring (separable): A separable ring with an “L”-shaped cross-section, whose outer portion serves as a retaining edge for the inner ring of a radial cylindrical roller bearing.
6. Intermediate retainer ring: A separable ring used in roller bearings with two or more rows of rollers, designed to separate the two rows of rollers and guide them.
7. Locking ring: A single-lipped ring with a constant cross-section, installed in an annular groove to axially position rolling bearings either within the housing or on the shaft.
8. Lock ring: A single-ring component with a constant cross-section, installed in an annular groove as a retaining ring to hold the rollers or cage inside the bearing.
9. Spacer ring: A ring-shaped component used between two bearing rings or bearing washers, or between two halves of a bearing ring or two halves of a bearing washer, to maintain the specified axial distance between them.
10. Seal ring: A ring-shaped cover composed of one or more parts, fixed to one of the bearing races or washers and in contact with—or forming a narrow labyrinth gap against—the other race or washer, to prevent lubricant leakage and the ingress of foreign objects.
11. Dust cover: It is a ring-shaped shield, typically stamped from thin metal sheet, fixed to one of the bearing rings or washers and extending toward the other ring or washer. It covers the internal space of the bearing without making contact with the other ring or washer.
12. Retaining ring: A component attached to the inner ring or shaft ring, which uses centrifugal force to enhance the rolling bearing’s ability to prevent foreign objects from entering.
13. Rolling element: A ball or roller that rolls between the raceways.
14. Retainer: A bearing component that partially encloses all or some of the rolling elements and moves together with them, serving to separate the rolling elements and typically also guiding and maintaining them within the bearing.

Centrifugal pumps come in numerous models and configurations. Except for a small number of high-volume, standard models that are in stock, the vast majority are not stocked and are customized products. We need to select a pump based on your site's flow rate, head, media temperature, pH value, and installation conditions, etc., to determine the pump model and configuration before we can submit an order to the factory for production.

Generally, to obtain an accurate quotation, we recommend providing us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage and frequency, temperature, pH value, and solid particle content of the fluid being conveyed, and on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), etc.

Even for the same model, the price difference is also very large due to different materials and configurations. Taking the most common water pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller.
