　　The D-type multi-stage diesel-driven pump unit, powered by a diesel engine, is suitable for water supply and drainage in mines, factories, and urban areas. It is designed to convey clean water free of solid particles or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to those of clean water. The temperature of the medium being conveyed ranges from 0°C to 80°C, and the allowable inlet pressure is up to 0.6 MPa.

　　There are three methods for indicating the model of Type D pumps, which are described below:

　　1. D280-43/84×5

　　“D” indicates a single-stage, multi-suction, segmental centrifugal clear water pump.

　　“280” – indicates the pump’s flow rate (m³/h).

　　“43” – indicates the single-stage head of the pump (m).

　　“84” – indicates the year.

　　“5” – indicates the series.

　　2. D80-30×5

　　“D” indicates a single-stage, multi-suction, segmental centrifugal clear water pump.

　　“80” – indicates the pump’s suction inlet diameter (mm).

　　“30” – indicates the single-stage head of the pump (m).

　　“5” – indicates the series.

　　The pump represented by this method is only D80-30.

　　 3. 150D30×5

　　“150” – indicates the pump’s suction port diameter (mm).

　　“D” indicates a single-stage, multi-suction, segmental centrifugal clear water pump.

　　“30” – indicates the single-stage head of the pump (m).

　　“5” – indicates the series.

Multi-stage diesel engine pump unit structural type:

　　The D-type multistage pump units are installed horizontally. With the exception of the D16-60 pump, whose suction inlet is oriented vertically upward, the suction inlets of all other pumps are horizontal. The discharge outlets of D-type pumps generally point vertically upward. As for the new centrifugal pumps, to better meet user needs, they feature a straightforward inlet-and-outlet design, with axial forces balanced by a balance disc. Mechanical seals are typically used for shaft sealing; however, depending on customer requirements, packed gland seals can also be employed. With the exception of the D85-67 and D155-67 pumps, which utilize sliding bearings lubricated with thin oil, all other pumps employ rolling bearings lubricated with grease.

　　Rotation direction: When viewed from the motor end toward the pump, the rotation is clockwise.

　　Material of main components: The flow parts of the pump are all made of cast iron, and the shaft is made of No. 45 steel.

　　Pump complete set scope: The pump is supplied complete with motor and base, and can be equipped with either a functional base or a self-contained base. The manufacturer also provides accessories (including discharge cone pipes, gate valves, foot valves, and check valves) and spare parts (including impellers, sealing rings, guide vane sleeves, balance discs, and shaft sleeves).

Except for a small number of high-volume, standard models that are in stock, the vast majority are not stocked and are customized products. We need to select a pump based on your site's flow rate, head, media temperature, pH value, and installation conditions, etc., to determine the pump model and configuration before we can submit an order to the factory for production.

What information should I provide when requesting a quote?

Generally, to obtain an accurate quotation, we recommend providing us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage and frequency, temperature, pH value, and solid particle content of the fluid being conveyed, and on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), etc.
