　　The 2BE-type liquid-ring vacuum pump adopts a single-stage, single-action design, offering advantages such as simple structure, convenient maintenance, reliable operation, high efficiency, and energy savings. It is also capable of handling harsh operating conditions, including large drainage volumes and fluctuating load impacts.

　　We have carried out systematic optimization design on the key components of the 2BE-type liquid-ring vacuum pump, such as the distribution plate, impeller, and pump shaft, thereby simplifying the structure, enhancing performance, and achieving energy savings. The impeller is welded, with blades formed in a single stamping process using a reasonably designed profile; all critical surfaces are precisely machined, fundamentally resolving the issue of dynamic balance. The impeller and pump shaft are connected via a hot-fitting interference fit, ensuring reliable performance and smooth operation. After welding, the entire impeller undergoes proper heat treatment, giving the blades excellent toughness and significantly enhancing their resistance to impact and bending. As a result, the 2BE-type liquid-ring vacuum pump can reliably operate under harsh conditions characterized by fluctuating load impacts.

　　The 2BE-type vacuum pump comes with a built-in gas-water separator and features multiple positions without exhaust ports. The pump cover is equipped with an inspection window for the exhaust valve. The clearance between the impeller and the distribution plate is adjusted by tightening the end caps on both sides of the positioning shaft. This pump is easy to install and use, simple to operate, and convenient for maintenance.

The 2BE-type liquid-ring vacuum pump is not suitable for pumping gases that are excessively oxygen-rich, toxic, explosive, corrosive to metals, capable of undergoing chemical reactions with the pump oil, or containing particulate dust. It is also not suitable for use as a transfer pump to convey gas from one container to another.

　　3. The 2BE-type liquid-ring vacuum pump should not operate continuously for more than 3 minutes at an inlet pressure ranging from atmospheric pressure down to 6,000 Pa, to avoid pump damage caused by oil spray or inadequate lubrication.
