The GW vertical pipeline sewage pump is a new-generation, non-clogging pipeline sewage pump developed by Lian Pump Industry—a sewage pump manufacturer—on the basis of introducing advanced foreign technologies and taking into account the specific usage characteristics of domestic sewage pumps. This pump has a wide range of applications: it can serve as a conventional pipeline pump for pressurized water supply in high-rise buildings, and it can also handle sewage containing particles and fibers. In addition to being suitable for sewage conveyance, it can also be used as a drainage pump, a filtration and flushing pump, or a condensate circulation pump.

The pipeline sewage pump is suitable for conveying sewage and waste containing particulates in industries such as chemical engineering, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, mining, papermaking, power plants, municipal wastewater treatment, municipal engineering, and public utility drainage systems. It is used for discharging heavily polluted wastewater from industrial and commercial facilities, sewage pumping stations in residential areas, water distribution systems at municipal wastewater treatment plants, drainage stations in civil defense systems, water supply equipment at waterworks, sewage discharge from hospitals and hotels, construction sites in municipal engineering projects, auxiliary machinery supporting mining operations, rural biogas digesters, agricultural irrigation systems, and other applications involving the conveyance of sewage and waste containing particulates. It can also handle clean water and media with mild corrosivity.
Features:
1. The pipeline sewage pump is directly coupled to the motor via a common shaft, making it a mechatronic product with a compact structure and stable performance.
2. The large-flow, anti-clogging hydraulic component design significantly enhances the capacity to pass debris, enabling it to effectively handle fibrous materials up to five times the diameter of the pump’s inlet and solid particles with diameters approximately 50% of the pump’s inlet diameter.
3. The design is reasonable, the matching motor is appropriately selected, resulting in high efficiency, low noise, and significant energy-saving performance.
4. The mechanical seal is made of hard, wear-resistant tungsten carbide, offering features such as durability and excellent wear resistance, enabling the pump to operate safely and continuously for over 8,000 hours.
5. The pipeline sewage pump features a vertical design, with the inlet and outlet centerlines lying on the same horizontal plane and the inlet and outlet flange specifications being identical, making installation and removal extremely convenient.
6. It occupies a small footprint and does not require a dedicated machine room, thereby saving substantial infrastructure costs. By adding a protective cover to the motor’s fan blades, the entire unit can be placed outdoors for operation.
