Features of WL/LW Type Stainless Steel Vertical Sewage Pump:
The WL vertical sewage pump is suitable for conveying sewage and sludge containing particulates in industries such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, papermaking, cement plants, steel mills, power plants, coal processing, as well as in urban sewage treatment plant drainage systems, municipal engineering, construction sites, and other sectors. It can also be used to pump clean water and corrosive media.
1. The pump is directly coupled to the motor on the same shaft, making it a mechatronic product with a compact structure and stable performance.
2. The large-flow, anti-clogging hydraulic component design significantly enhances the capacity to pass debris, enabling it to effectively handle fibrous materials up to five times the pump’s diameter and solid particles with diameters approximately 50% of the pump’s diameter.
3. The LW-type stainless steel vertical sewage pump features a reasonable design, a properly matched motor, high efficiency, low noise, and remarkable energy-saving performance.
4. The mechanical seal is made of hard, wear-resistant tungsten carbide, offering features such as durability and excellent wear resistance, enabling the pump to operate safely and continuously for over 8,000 hours.
5. The WL vertical sewage pump features a vertical design, with the centerlines of the inlet and outlet located on the same horizontal plane and equipped with identical flange specifications, making installation and removal extremely convenient.
6. It occupies a small footprint and does not require a dedicated machine room, thereby saving substantial infrastructure costs. By adding a protective cover to the motor’s fan blades, the entire unit can be placed outdoors for operation.

Except for a small number of high-volume, standard models that are in stock, the vast majority are not stocked and are customized products. We need to select a pump based on your site's flow rate, head, media temperature, pH value, and installation conditions, etc., to determine the pump model and configuration before we can submit an order to the factory for production.
