Product Overview

The IH-type corrosion-resistant chemical process pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal chemical pump developed by Zhonglian Pump Industry according to international standards. It represents the fifth-generation horizontal chemical process pump designed for high temperatures and pressures, serving as a replacement for the older IH-type chemical pumps. IH Type Corrosion-Resistant Chemical Process Pump

The fifth-generation IH-type corrosion-resistant chemical process pump adopts the aesthetic design of the XA-type pump’s suspension and features reinforced ribs on the pump body, giving this pump model a sleek appearance as well as safe, reliable operation and an extended service life. The suspension components for the fifth-generation IH pumps come in four different types, covering the entire product series and being universally compatible across product lines, thereby ensuring swift delivery and minimizing inventory levels.

LH-type corrosion-resistant chemical process centrifugal pump shaft seal options: Depending on user requirements, various types of seals can be selected, including packing seals, single-end face non-balanced mechanical seals, single-end face balanced mechanical seals, double-end face non-balanced mechanical seals, and double-end face balanced mechanical seals. These seals offer safe and reliable performance with a long service life. The pump body and impeller are manufactured using precision casting with wax patterns, resulting in higher efficiency compared to the previous IH model and superior aesthetic quality. The coupling used is a three-section detachable coupling. For users who require direct-coupling installation, special modifications can be made, including custom-designed welded bases. In general, the installation dimensions remain the same as those of the previous models; the base of the fifth-generation pumps from the old series is made using precision casting.

The corrosion-resistant standard chemical process pump is designed according to the performance and dimensions specified in the international standard ISO 2858. It features a rear-opening design, making assembly, disassembly, and maintenance relatively easy. The pump boasts an elegant and sophisticated exterior appearance, operates safely and reliably, and is extremely convenient to use.

1. The pump body, equipped with reinforcing ribs, and featuring CFD computational fluid dynamics analysis as well as a larger pump body design, adopts a dual-volute configuration, resulting in low radial forces, an aesthetically pleasing appearance, and an extended service life.

2. Impeller: Precision-cast wax-pattern molding ensures accurate dimensions, high efficiency, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Designed using CFD computational fluid dynamics, it features wide flow passages, high efficiency, and excellent cavitation resistance. Precision casting mold design guarantees accurate dimensions and high efficiency.

3. Sealing components designed according to AP1610 mechanical seal standards, which facilitate cooling and circulation of the sealing system, ensuring a more reliable seal. Optional sealing types include: packing seals, single-face unbalanced mechanical seals, single-face balanced mechanical seals, double-face unbalanced mechanical seals, and double-face balanced mechanical seals.

4. The suspension components—whose外形 is based on the XA design and manufactured using precision casting molds—feature an aesthetically pleasing appearance and a high degree of standardization. These components are available in sizes 30, 40, 50, and 55, and are universally compatible across different vehicle series.

5. The coupling is a three-section detachable coupling that can be specially customized into a direct-coupling type according to customer requirements, offering convenient maintenance and low costs.

Do you have centrifugal pumps in stock?

Centrifugal pumps come in numerous models and configurations. Except for a small number of high-volume, standard models that are in stock, the vast majority are not stocked and are customized products. We need to select a pump based on your site's flow rate, head, media temperature, pH value, and installation conditions, etc., to determine the pump model and configuration before we can submit an order to the factory for production.

What information should I provide when requesting a quote?

Generally, to obtain an accurate quotation, we recommend providing us with the following information: pump flow rate, head, on-site operating voltage and frequency, temperature, pH value, and solid particle content of the fluid being conveyed, and on-site installation conditions (horizontal or vertical installation), etc.

Because centrifugal pumps are non-standard customized products with many models, the price range is also very large. Even for the same model, the price difference is also very large due to different materials and configurations. Taking the most common water pump accessory—the impeller—as an example, the price of a stainless steel impeller is several times that of a cast iron impeller.
