ZA Petroleum Chemical pump This pump is suitable for conveying clean liquids or liquids containing solid particles, at low or high temperatures, and whether neutral or corrosive. It is particularly well-suited for transporting liquid petrochemical products at various temperatures, as well as acid, alkali, and salt solutions—and other corrosive liquids—at different temperatures and concentrations. This corrosion-resistant petrochemical process pump is applicable to industries including petroleum refining, refining of petrochemical products, chemical engineering, power engineering, environmental protection engineering, offshore engineering, oil transportation, water supply and heating systems, and sectors such as papermaking, sugar production, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

ZA-type petrochemical pump: Features foot-mounted support and a closed impeller, with a design pressure of 2.5 MPa, suitable for general industrial processes.
ZAK Slurry-Type Petrochemical Pump: The ZAK pump features foot-mounted support and either a closed or semi-open impeller. Its design pressure is 2.5 MPa, making it ideal for conveying various slurry fluids and media containing solid particles.
ZAG-type high-temperature and high-pressure petrochemical process pump: The ZAG features a center-supported, closed impeller design with a rated pressure of 5.0 Pa, making it suitable for critical industrial processes involving high temperatures and pressures.
This series of petrochemical pumps has undergone meticulous consideration in terms of hydraulics, the connection method between the pump body and bearing housing, mechanical seal components, cooling methods, and auxiliary piping systems, thereby addressing the operational and installation shortcomings inherent in process pumps and oil pumps designed according to API 610, Seventh Edition.
The hydraulic design of this series of petrochemical pumps has been selected and refined from among outstanding hydraulic models both domestically and internationally. The inlet diameter of the pump impeller has been increased, resulting in a lower inlet flow velocity for the pump. This enhancement has boosted the pump’s corrosion-resistance margin and extended its service life.
The wear parts of petrochemical centrifugal pumps—including the throat bushing, shaft sleeve, and mechanical seals—are small components. Therefore, after replacing these worn parts, the pump’s main components such as the pump body and shaft can still be used, significantly reducing maintenance costs.
High-temperature and high-pressure petrochemical process pumps can be equipped with various mechanical seal configurations according to specific processing conditions. The bearing housing is designed with two cooling structures: air-cooled fins and water-cooled systems, enabling these pumps to operate effectively under a wide range of temperature conditions. Therefore, this series of pumps has a broad application scope.

Except for a small number of high-volume, standard models that are in stock, the vast majority are not stocked and are customized products. We need to select a pump based on your site's flow rate, head, media temperature, pH value, and installation conditions, etc., to determine the pump model and configuration before we can submit an order to the factory for production.
