1. SLZ single-stage split-case pump sealing system: The mechanically sealed and packed seals available both employ internal circulation for cooling and lubrication.

3. Replaceable shaft sleeve: As a wear part, the shaft sleeve protects the shaft and extends the pump’s service life.
4. Seal Ring: As a wear-prone component, the seal ring helps improve pump efficiency and extend the pump’s service life.
SLZ Type Vertical Single-Stage Double-Suction Split-Casing Pump Structural Design
The SLZ vertical single-stage double-suction pump features a vertical installation with both the suction and discharge ports oriented horizontally. The split surface between the centrifugal pump casing and the mid-open pump cover is vertically aligned along the shaft centerline. During maintenance, there is no need to disconnect the inlet and outlet pipelines or the motor—simply lift off the pump cover to remove the rotor assembly. The pump’s upper shaft is equipped with rolling bearings lubricated by grease; these bearings do not have cooling chambers in their housings. The lower bearing of the pump is a guide bearing, which is lubricated and cooled by the water from the mid-open centrifugal pump itself. The shaft seals are available in two types: soft packing seals and mechanical seals.
Rotation Direction: When viewed from the motor end toward the pump, the pump rotates counterclockwise. That is, for a mid-open centrifugal pump with a removable pump cover, the right side of the cover faces the inlet, and the left side faces the outlet.
Part material: The flow parts of the pump are all made of cast iron; the guide bearing is made of tin bronze, and the shaft is made of No. 45 steel.
Pump complete set scope: The complete set includes a split-case centrifugal pump, motor, pump base, coupling, and motor support frame.
