The ZJQ wear-resistant submersible slurry pump series is designed and manufactured by incorporating advanced foreign technologies. Utilizing high-tech, wear-resistant materials significantly extends the equipment’s service life and reduces maintenance frequency. In addition to the main impeller, the pump features an auxiliary agitator impeller installed at the bottom, which effectively stirs up settled sludge and transforms it into a turbulent flow. The resulting high-concentration slurry is precisely positioned at the suction inlet of the main impeller, enabling the pump to achieve high-concentration slurry transport without the need for auxiliary devices. The pump’s unique sealing system effectively balances the pressure between the oil chamber and the external environment, ensuring that the pressure on both sides of the mechanical seal remains balanced, thereby maximizing the reliability of the mechanical seal and greatly extending its service life. The motor incorporates multiple protective measures, including overheat and water-injection detection, allowing it to operate safely and reliably under harsh working conditions for extended periods. Additionally, upon customer request, the motor can be equipped with further protective features such as anti-condensation systems and bearing temperature monitoring devices, meeting the diverse needs of users in different application scenarios.

Operating Conditions and Model Significance of the ZJQ Wear-Resistant Submersible Slurry Pump

1. The power supply is a 50 Hz, 380 V three-phase AC power source.
2. The maximum temperature of the medium shall not exceed 40℃, and the medium shall not contain flammable or explosive gases.
3. The maximum volume concentration of solid particles in the medium is 30%, and the maximum medium density is 1.2 kg/L.
4. The maximum diving depth of the unit generally does not exceed 20 meters; the minimum diving depth is determined by the point at which the motor is completely submerged.
5. It is preferable for the unit to operate vertically in the medium, and its operating mode should be continuous operation.

The ZJQ submersible slurry pump features an integrated design in which the pump and motor share the same shaft. During operation, the motor shaft drives the pump impeller to rotate, transferring energy to the slurry medium and generating a certain flow velocity that propels solid particles, thereby enabling the transportation of the slurry.
Its main features are as follows:
1. The entire unit features a dry-type motor with a submersible pump design. The motor is equipped with mechanical seals for protection, effectively preventing high-pressure water and impurities from entering the motor’s internal cavity.
2. In addition to the main impeller, a stirring impeller is also provided, which can stir up sediment accumulated at the bottom of the water into turbulent flow before pumping it out.
3. The main flow components, such as the impeller and agitator blades, are made from highly wear-resistant materials that offer excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and anti-clogging performance, with strong self-cleaning capabilities that enable them to efficiently handle large solid particles.
4. Not limited by suction lift, featuring high sludge-suction efficiency and more thorough dredging.
5. No auxiliary vacuum pump is required, resulting in lower investment costs.
6. No auxiliary stirring or spraying devices are required, making operation even simpler.
7. The motor is submerged underwater, eliminating the need for complex ground-based protection and fixing devices, making management much easier.
8. The impeller directly contacts the sediment surface, and the concentration is controlled by adjusting the immersion depth, allowing for more flexible concentration control.
9. The equipment operates directly underwater, producing no noise or vibration and keeping the site cleaner.
